I was hoping the whole order would go a bit smoother, but it ended up being just okay. The design turned out decent, so I’ll give them that, but the communication was sorta slow and I had to check in more than once. Shipping also took longer than I expected. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t think I’d use them again unless things improved.

I ordered some graphics from Big Worm Graphix, and overall it went well. The vinyl looked nice out of the box, and the instructions were actually helpful, which I appreciated. I still ended up with a couple small bubbles and had to peel one section back up to fix it, so it wasn’t totally effortless.

If you’re doing it for the first time, I’d definitely say go slow and don’t rush it. It’s doable, and the finished look is solid, but I wouldn’t call the install super easy. Not a bad experience at all, just could’ve gone a little smoother on my end

I was a bit annoyed when I saw it. The edges looked dull and rough, and it just wasn’t what I expected. I don’t really have the patience to deal with stuff that needs extra fixing right out of the box.

i mean, I paid for the pro install support thinking it would make things easier, but I still ended up feeling lost through most of it

I was trying to place my order, but the payment failed twice for some reason, and then my cart suddenly emptied itself. I don’t know what went wrong, but it was annoying.

The print quality itself was decent, but the colors came out darker than I thought they would. It might be fine depending on the design or where you're using it, but for what I had in mind, I was hoping for something a bit brighter.

The site was easy to use. I found what I was looking for fast, which is sadly more than I can say for a lot of websites these days. Like, why do some places make you click through a maze just to find one thing? Anyway, this one kept it simple, and I appreciated that.

My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was bent up, and the item inside was just kind of loose with barely any protection. At this point I’m tired of having to cross my fingers every time something gets delivered. Luckily it wasn’t completely damaged, but it did have a few scuffs from sliding around in the box. For the price, I expected more care. It’s not the worst experience I’ve had, but I definitely wouldn’t feel great ordering anything fragile from them

I picked up some decals from bigwormgraphix and so far they’ve been solid, they went on without much trouble and the adhesive seems to be holding up fine even after I’ve washed the car a few times, one little corner needed me to press it down again but that wasn’t a big deal and overall I’m happy with them

I had to send one item back and, i was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. But they dealt with it without any drama, replied quickly, and the refund showed up sooner than I thought it would. I’m still kind of surprised it went that smoothly, but yeah, happy with how they handled it...

I kept having to ask what was happening with my order, and even then the replies were slow and kind of vague. I just wanted a clear update, but every time I thought I was getting somewhere, nope, still wasn’t sure what was going on.

I was just trying to put together a simple custom design, but the options felt kind of limited. I couldn’t really adjust things the way I wanted, and honestly... it wasn’t always clear what was even possible. It might be fine for really basic stuff, but I expected more control for custom work. I ended up giving up and looking somewhere else.

They do have some cool designs and a decent range of options, but I’m not sure, I guess I was expecting a little more variety. I found a few things I liked, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. The site was easy to browse, but the product selection felt a bit limited to me.

The fit was mostly right, but it was just a little too tight. they should’ve gotten the sizing better because it’s annoying to order your usual size and still have it feel off
